Assuming that your property is rent-ready, and has comparable features and finishes to other vacancies in the surrounding area, it should take 21 days.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the first of each month, with a 3 day grace period. If the first falls on a weekend or holiday, rent is not considered late for 3 business days thereafter.
How do I pay my rent?
Pay rent through Resident Portal. Please use your account number and email address to register for an account. For any questions in regards to registration, please contact the office at (706)424-5741.
How do I request maintenance?
To submit a maintenance request please use your online resident portal.
What happens when my lease is up?
Our office will contact you 60-90 days before your lease expiration and will send you Renewal Offer if applicable.
if you are planning to move at the end of your lease, a 30 day notice to vacate is required.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies differ from property to property. Please see the rental listing on or website for details specific to your property.
I'm moving out, what do I do?
Please reach out to the office to submit your 30 day notice to vacate.
Please include the following information: Your full name, including any other adults residing in the household, full address, date notice is given, date you are vacating (must be 30 days or more), your forwarding address, new phone number (if applicable). Our office will also need to schedule a move-out inspection with you.
